Emerge Law was founded by Hani Al-Dajane in 2019 to reimagine the delivery of legal services. Hani is a corporate and transactional lawyer. Hani serves as outside counsel to businesses, advising on matters ranging from formation to exit including employment matters, regulatory compliance, and purchase and sale of businesses. In his practice, Hani regularly works with entrepreneurs, dentists, and health care professionals to assist them with their legal needs.
