Hani Al-Dajane

Emerge LLP was Co-founded by Hani Al-Dajane, a serial entrepreneur and a lawyer, to reimagine the delivery of legal services. 

In his practice, Hani serves as outside counsel to startups, small businesses, and employees, advising on matters ranging from formation to exit including equity compensation and intellectual property, employment litigation, and purchase and sale of businesses. 

An entrepreneur himself, Hani understands his clients and works to ensure they are given the best quality services.

Hani received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, and graduated as the Valedictorian from the University of Toronto Mississauga. Hani articled at a prominent Toronto law firm before joining Emerge as a co-founder.

Jordan Romano​

Emerge LLP Co-founder Jordan Romano is a lawyer, investor and serial entrepreneur with a vision to transform how businesses and employees engage with law firms in an increasingly dynamic legal market. With Co-founder Hani Al-Dajane, Jordan continues to challenge the conventional law firm structure using technology and AI to provide exceptional and accessible client service.

In his practice, Jordan advises start-ups, small businesses, and employees on matters such as business formation, equity arrangements, and employment law. Jordan also advises in mining law and is a young leader in the natural resource industry.

Jordan is passionate about entrepreneurship and fostering the growth of early and growth stage ventures. As an entrepreneur himself, Jordan is eager to share his experience and insight to help businesses maximize development and promote long-term success.

Jordan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario, a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, and completed his undergraduate degree with High Distinction from the University of Toronto. Jordan completed his articles at an international law firm prior to joining Emerge as a co-founder.
